Business Spirituality is doing business with your soul. As human beings, we have been operating only with our physical aspect and have not been able to incorporate our spiritual aspect into the business' daily operations and practices.

Spirituality is the development of our mental aspect. Besides good deeds and sincere words, looking for spirituality means evolving mentally and psychologically toward the realization of perfection or enlightenment through transcendence.

Because it is not business as usual. Things have changed in the world after the pandemic, and we need to have new and creative ways to stay and thrive in business. Just using the traditional ways of doing business are not enough.

As stated above spirituality is about using wisdom and transcendence to serve the greater good of all. We need to serve the internal and external customer in new ways that serve the needs of their spiritual being not just their separate material being.
